Taking a moment

“The best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time.”

~ Abraham Lincoln

Today, I’m taking a step back to appreciate this amazing journey of motherhood so far.

To realize how much Little O has grown in just over two years.

To enjoy how the girls have come so far in playing with each other.

To marvel at how expressive Baby H has become in just the handful of months she’s been on this earth.

Watching your children grow is like enjoying a blooming flower…it’s more and more beautiful with every passing day. Today, I’m thankful for the amazing gift of helping them grow!

Counting My Kisses: We have so many amazingly fun things planned in the near future, but I’m trying to take it one step and a time and really focus on the present. After all, Little O will be going off to Kindergarten before we know it, and Baby H will be walking and talking before we can blink twice {she’s already well on her way!}. Today I’m taking the time to be thankful for my sweet little girls, my amazing husband and my wonderfully supportive family. I hope you take a minute out of your day to focus on all of the positives– starting with the fact that it’s Friday! Have a GREAT weekend!

  1. Enjoy every moment, of every day, regardless of how trying it is sometimes. It is all precious and is quickly gone. Each day brings something new with more and more to savor. Life is what you make it. Make it good. Those sweet little faces of Baby O and Baby H are just too much.
